The newly build luxury stone house with pool Serenity for 6 persons is located on the island of Pasman in the bay Vitane on the southeast side of the island. The house is located on a fenced plot of approximately 700 m2 by the sea, surrounded by olive and pine trees that create natural shade in the summer months. The beautifully landscaped garden features a swimming pool of 36 m2 with a depth of 140 cm and jacuzzi with circulating sea water. Next to the pool there is a sun terrace with sun loungers and a covered terrace with table and benches.

The remote luxury house Serenity is modernly furnished and supplied with 220V electricity from solar panels, and cold and hot water (water tank capacity 40,000 L). The holiday house is air conditioned and has WiFi. The ground floor is equipped with kitchen (refrigerator 213L with freezer 61L, gas stove) dining room and living room which leads to a spacious covered terrace with fireplace and table with chairs. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with double bed and SAT/TV and 3 bathrooms with shower. Two rooms have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands of Zizanj and Kosara. Parking is provided about 200m away from the house and for boat owners there is a berth on the pier in front of the house. Pets are allowed with prior notice and surcharge according to the price list.

The island of Pasman is easily accessible by ferry from Biograd - Tkon, sailing takes 15-20 minutes, the ferry sails several times a day. You can also reach Pasman by ferry Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this ferry line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs until late at night. The islands Pašman and Ugljan are connected by the bridge in place called Ždrelac, no toll is paid. For guests arriving by plane, it is possible to arrange a transfer from the airport to the ferry port in Biograd. Vitane Bay is accessible by car from Tkon, about 1 km on a paved road and after about 3 km on a dirt paved road with potholes, where a slow and careful ride is necessary, a car with a higher chassis is more suitable.
