Accommodation Pirates house Matija
The pirate cottage Matija for 4-5 people is located on the south side of the island of Pasman and has a magnificent view of the Kornati islands and other nearby islands Zizanj and Kosara. Stone House Matija is built on a large property directly by the sea and the way to the beach leads trough garden. On the beach is a large pier appropriate for your boat (pier is free of charge). If you do not have a boat, we can help you with renting of motor boat - on request. The beach is pebble and rocky with gradual entry into the sea (for swimmers and snorkeling lovers there is also an access from a concrete pier by ladder. The pier is also used as a spacious and comfortable sunbathing area.
The house has a spacious covered terrace with outdoor seating and fantastic view of the sea. Next to the house is a small room with a large stone barbecue which is available for guests for free. At guests disposal are two beach chairs and a parasol for free. Next to the house there is an outdoor shower, the water in the shower is heated by the sun.
Parking is free of charge in the bay Vitane, which is easily reached by car. From bay Vitane is arranged transfer for you to the house by boat. Even if you do not have a car right next to the house, you will have it at your disposal during the stay, because the parking space is only about 250 meters from the house and you can go there along the sea.
The water in the house is a rainwater - collected during the winter into the tank. For drinking we recommend you to bring bottled water or boil the water from the tank before drinking. Hot water is in the kitchen on the sink and in the shower. Electricity is obtained by solar panels. Low voltage devices, such as a mobile phone and laptop can be used without restrictions (high voltage devices, such as a mixer and a hairdryer can not be used). Please do not waste electricity and water unnecessarily.
Pets are not allowed.
The island of Pasman is easily reached by ferry line Biograd - Tkon for approximately 15-20 minutes and ferry runs several times a day. On Pasman you can also arrive from Zadar by ferry line Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs late into the night. The island of Pasman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Zdrelac and the bridge is free of charge.
There are other houses near house Matija, the nearest neighbors are about 50 m away, but from this house you have a great view to all sides.
The village of Tkon is about 7 kilometers away and there are restaurants, ATM, shops, bakeries, a patisserie, a post office and a ferry port.

Robinson house Matija for 4-5 people - on the spacious terrace is entry to the living room with pull over sofa for 1 person, a dining table and equipped kitchenette (dishes, large fridge with freezer - electricity, gas stove). From the living room are doors to the two bedrooms (double bed in one bedroom, and a bunk in the second one). A bathroom with shower and toilet is also accessible from the living room.
