Holiday house for 4-5 people is located in an olive grove on the south side of the island of Pasman in the bay Landjine. Landjin Bay is one of the largest and deepest bays in the Pasman. There are 2 restaurants available for the guests in this area.
Pets are allowed to stay on request for a fee.
You can arrive to the cottage easily by car, parking is located about 250 m from the house (the place is not guarded) and then you must continue on foot. The road to the bay is partially macadam (dirt road) road and therefore we recommend you arrive by an SUV or a four-wheeler or by car with higher chassis. I Please plan your arrival to the cottage during the afternoon hours, because there is a poor visibility at night.
The beach in front of the house is somewhat pebbly with gradual entry to the sea suitable for small children or non-swimmers. You can also swim and dip into the sea from a concrete pier. There are iron stairs leading into the sea from the pier.
The water is rainwater, which is collected in the winter in a 12,000 l tank, then distributed through water pipes to the bathrooms and kitchen. It is cold water, which is heated by a boiler in the bathroom. We recommend that guests always boil water for drinking or bring bottled water. Water is a rare resource and it is necessary to treat it carefully. Running cold and hot water is installed in the kitchen, in the bathroom with a shower and in the toilet. Electric energy is gathered by solar panels, turned into a 220 V. The el. sockets are European. Charging mobile phones and computers is not restricted but appliances such as blender, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner is not possible to use. The mobile operators signal covers the bay Landjine fully.
There is a large pier in front of the house where you can dock your boat for free of charge. To rent a boat is possible for a fee but only for the boat licence holders.
There is also a barbecue available for the guests in the garden.
The nearest larger town is called Tkon which is located about 5 km away. There you can purchase your groceries and restock your supplies of food.
Cottage Karavela is a very sort after destination mainly because of its location near the sea and it´s greenery surroundings.
There are very pleasant and friendly cottage owners which is another advantage of this house.

The two-story Robinson house Karavela for 4-5 people has an upper floor accessible by an external staircase. Here there are two separate double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with twin beds). Each bedroom is equipped with wardrobes and its windows offer a beautiful view of the sea. On this floor there is a bathroom with a toilet and sink. On the lower floor there is a spacious and equipped kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a sofa for 1 person, TV, WiFi. The stove is gas, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment (Bosch 70×210, 3 drawers in the freezer), the kitchen has dishes and cutlery. Second bathroom with shower and toilet. Behind the house there is an outdoor seating area with furniture and in front of the house there is a large terrace with a table in the olive grove. There are 2 sun loungers available for sunbathing.
