Holiday house for 4-5 people is located in an olive grove on the south side of the island of Pasman in the bay Landjine. Landjin Bay is one of the largest and deepest bays in the Pasman. There are 2 restaurants available for the guests in this area.
Pets are allowed to stay on request for a fee.
You can arrive to the cottage easily by car, parking is located about 250 m from the house (the place is not guarded) and then you must continue on foot. The road to the bay is partially macadam (dirt road) road and therefore we recommend you arrive by an SUV or a four-wheeler or by car with higher chassis. If you wish to arrive to the location on ship, we will gladly arrange the transfer for you for an additional fee. Please plan your arrival to the cottage during the afternoon hours, because there is a poor visibility at night.
The beach in front of the house is somewhat pebbly with gradual entry to the sea suitable for small children or non-swimmers. You can also swim and dip into the sea from a concrete pier. There are iron stairs leading into the sea from the pier.
The running water available here is rainwater that is collected during the winter in a water tank with a capacity of 12 thousand litres, and is then distributed through water pipes into bathrooms and kitchens. This water is cold, only in one bathroom is warm water from boier. Guests are advised to drink bottled water or water which was boiled before drinking. Water is a precious resource and therefore should be sent here sparingly. Please treat it with care and do not waste it. Electric energy is gathered by solar panels, turned into a 220 V. The el. sockets are European. Charging mobile phones and computers is not restricted but appliances such as blender, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner is not possible to use. The mobile operators signal covers the bay Landjine fully.
There is a large pier in front of the house where you can dock your boat for free of charge. To rent a boat is possible for a fee but only for the boat licence holders.
There is also a barbecue available for the guests in the garden.
The nearest larger town is called Tkon which is located about 5 km away. There you can purchase your groceries and restock your supplies of food.
Cottage Karavela is a very sort after destination mainly because of its location near the sea and it´s greenery surroundings.
There are very pleasant and friendly cottage owners which is another advantage of this house. For instance you are more than welcome to go fishing with them early in the morning.

Two storey holiday house Karavela for 4-5 persons consist of two separate double bedrooms with double beds on the upper floor. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and the windows offer beautiful sea views. There is also a bathroom with shower and a toilet on this floor (boiler for warn water). On the lower floor there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with sofa bed for 1 person and TV. Kitchen is fitted with a gas stove, oven and large fridge freezer and includes dishes and cutlery. There is also situated second bathroom with shower and toilet on this floor.
Behind the house is an outdoor seating area with furniture and in front of the house is a terrace with a table set in an olive grove.
