Holiday cottage Amici for 4-6 persons is located on the eastern side of the island of Pasman in one of the larger bays called Landjin. The advantage of the house is its location on a hill above other houses, which offers some privacy. Under the house Amici there are several houses, the nearest of which is only about 10 meters away (the house does not accept guests). A path intended leads to the robinson house. In the bay Landjin is the possibility of eating in nearby fishing restaurants.
The remote House Amici can be reached by car. Parking place is located just a few meters in a private place near the house. The last about 4 km to the house is a dirt road, and it is necessary to be careful and drive slowly, due to potholes on the road. The island of Pasman is reachable by ferry line Biograd - Tkon. You can also take the ferry line Zadar - Preko and arrive at the island Ugljan, which is connected by bridge to Pasman. At night is not possible to arrive to the house, therefore it is necessary to be well planned to arrive on time.
The beach is located under the house, where are the concrete plates, steps and rocky beach, the distance is about 35 m.
Robinson-house Amici is built on a hill, thanks this the terrace offers spectacular view of the sea and sailing boats, which are anchored in the bay. Terrace on the first floor is covered and provides an excellent place to relax in the shade. Guests can use the barbecue.
Pets are welcome with prior permission of the owner for a fee.
If guests come with their ship, they can use owner's berth for free. The owner can ensure a rent of the boat with motor 5 HP for who are the holder of boat licence.
The secluded house Amici has a tank with about 20,000 liters of rainwater. Water is used for showering and washing. To drink, we recommend you bring along bottled water. After the house is distributed cold water to the kitchen and to the bathroom. In the bathroom you can use the camping shower - solid black bags of water that is filled with cold water and let the warm sun. Heat up during the day and hot water must be used before it cools down.
Electricity is supplied by solar panels with 12 V - to be able to charge their mobile phones, it is necessary to bring a voltage converter to 220 V (cigarette type).
In the bay Langine is coverad for mobile phones.
Holiday House Amici can be rented in the winter, however the hot water must be heated on the stove. (In winter lease are surcharges for fuel.)

In the entire lower floor is a kitchen and living room, where is the sofa bed, which can be used as a extra bed for up 2 persons. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with utensils and refrigerator and stove that run on gas.
Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms, each with two beds. Bed linen and towels are available for guests (exchange 1x per week). Bathroom with bad and toilet.
