Holiday house Jiricka for 4-6 persons is located on the northeastern part of the island of Zizanj. The island of Zizanj is located near the National Park Kornati, south of the island of Pasman. In surrounding area are islands: Pasman, Kosara, Vrgada, Kotula, Maslinik. Size of the island of Zizanj is about 1 km x 1 km, and because of its rich underwater life is vacation on the island ideal for people who love the underwater world. Nearby the house Jiricka are some other houses, so the place is suitable for the group of friends that would like to spend holiday on the same place but in separate houses. The island of Zizanj can not be reached by ferry. You will leave your car at the owners's house in Biograd and they will provide transfer by boat for you to the island.
Water in the bathroom and kitchen is rainwater which is collected into the tank through the winter. Water from the tank is suitable for washing and shower. We recommend our guests to bring botteled water or to boil the water before drinking. The house has electrical energy provided from solar panels. The voltage in power-sockets is 220 V and there are standard European power-sockets. Appliances with small voltage such as mobile phone and PC can be used normally, but appliances with higher voltage, such as mixer, hair dryer, kettle etc., can not be used.
The bathroom has a toilet and sink, shower, boiler filled with water that has to be heatied on the sun for shower. In case of bad weather, the water should be heated on the stove. Don't waste the water, use it sparingly.
The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and cutlery, there is a gas fridge with small freezer, gas cooker. Bed linen and towels are available for guests in the house.
In front of the house is a spacious covered terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and from the terrace is a magnificent view of the sea. Grill guests can use for free. Pets are not allowed.
The beach in front of the house is a pebble-stone, gradual entry to the sea, but there is a channel, you should be careful when you swim because of sea streams.
For guests is possibility to deliver some food, so it is important to have mobile phone to reach the house owner. Area is covered by a mobile signal.
Check-in is possible only in the morning, transfer during the night is not possible. Food is necessary to buy on the mainland.
