Fisherman house by the sea Tina for 6 people is located on the north side of the island of Zizanj only 5 m from the sea. Žižanj is an islet located about 0.5 km south of the western part of the island of Pašman. There is no traffic on the island and it is ideal for a quiet holiday without the noise of cars and large numbers of people. The island can only be reached by sea. The owners will be waiting for you in Tkon on the island of Pašman, which is connected to the mainland by the ferry line Biograd na moru-Tkon. Parking for your car is provided in the yard of owner in Tkon, which will take you by boat to the house on the island of Zizanj. For boat owners, a berth is available to guests in front of the robinsonade. Fisherman's house Tina is located along the coast, near the tavern, which is gladly visited by boaters and seafood lovers.
Electricity in the house is obtained through solar panels (1 kV) and water is rainwater that is collected throughout the year and should be used sparingly. There is no hot water in the house, but the water is warm in the summer because it is heated in the sun in a tank located on the roof of the house. There is also an outdoor shower in which the water is heated by the sun. Behind the house is a barbecue on wood and charcoal as well as a table with benches. The kitchen has a gas stove with two cookers and a gas refrigerator with freezer (volume 20L).
The island of Zizanj is covered by a mobile signal, so it is possible to use mobile internet.
Pets are allowed in the robinsonade Tina with prior notice and surcharge according to the valid price list.

Fisherman's cottage Tina for 6 persons consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a fixed bed for the 3rd person, living room with another sofa bed for 1 person and kitchen with dining area, and bathroom with shower. In front of the house is a covered terrace with table and benches. Guests can use the barbecue and boat mooring.
