Robinson house Kuter up to 5 people is built on a slightly elevated place in a bay Žinčana on the island of Pasman on land planted with olive trees. The land is largely fenced so it is provided guests with privacy. The bay Žinčana is located on the west from the bay Landjin and on the east from the bay Soline. In both side bays are smaller fish restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood. The bay Žinčana bottom is covered by sand and there is a gradual entry to the sea so it is suitable for parents with small children or non-swimmers. Žinčana is relatively narrow longer bay and there are located only a few houses, closest neighbors are about 40 m from the house.
The journey from the ferry town Tkon to the bay is about 8 km long and is suitable only for cars with high undercarriage. In Tkon is a supermarket, post office, restaurant and sweet shop and you can buy there before arrival to the house. Access by car directly to the land is not possible so you have to leave the car about 70 m away, in a place where parked others cars and continue on foot to the house. The island of Pasman is easily reached by ferry from Biograd na Moru, the sail takes 15-20 minutes and ferry runs several times a day. Another option is the ferry line Zadar (Gaženica) - Preko, which is a longer, more expensive, but it runs until midnight. The bay Žinčana is badly covered by mobile signal, you need to find a place where the signal is available.
The water in the house is rainwater, we recommend to bring water in bottles, respectively water from the tank bring to boil before drinking (please don't waste the water, in the house is limited volume of water). The water in the house is not warm. Warm water is obtained by filling the solar bag (black camping bag) and hang the sun. When is cold, the water is heated on a stove. The house has electrical energy from solar panels. The voltage in power-sockets is 220 V and there are standard European power-sockets. Appliances (with small voltage), such as mobile phone and PC can be used normally, but appliances with higher voltage, such as mixer, hair dryer, etc., can not be used). Mooring for the boat is available free of charge. There is also the possibility of renting a boat of 4.8 m and 5 hp.
Small pets are welcome (under 10 kg) on request, for an extra fee. At the house is a big grill. Advantage of the house Kuter is air conditionig and possibility to stay there in the winter months because of a possibility to fire up in the stove.
Arrival to the house is possible on Saturday or Sunday.

Holiday cottage Kuter up to 5 people is a stylish two-storey stone villa. On the ground floor of the house is a large covered terrace with outdoor furniture. From this terrace is entry to the house, in the ground floor is a large living room and equipped kitchenette (gas fridge with small freezer, also gas stove, fireplace) and dining area. Bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor accessible by inside stairs are 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, both with a spacious terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and parasols. One small single bedroom. WiFi, air-conditioning (the air conditioner only works during the day when the sun is shining, there is no need at night because it is cold enough from the daytime cooling), bed linen, towels, 2 sunbeds on the terrace + parasol.
