Secuded house Merlot for 6-8 people is located in the bay Zincana on the south side of the island of Pasman. In the house is a large covered terrace with a stunning sea view and a view of the Kornati archipelago. Directly in front of the house is rocky beach with gradual entry to the sea and the beach chairs and a parasol are available. The house is surrounded by greenery and old olive trees. The closest neighbors are 50 meters from the house.
In the house is available a cell phone signal. Internet is not available but in the case of need the housekeepers can arrange an internet acces. Pets are possible to stay after previous agreement. Final cleaning is not included in the rent. Guests can use a grill and an outdoor shower with warm water (water is hot only when sun is shining). WiFi is available on request and for an extra charge.
The water in the house is a rainwater, we recommended you bring bottled water, or boil water. Electrical energy is provided by solar panels, voltage in powersockets is 220 V. You can use a light appliances such as computer, mobile phone, (you can not use the devices like iron, mixer, etc.).
Parking is about 270 meters from the house and from the parking point you must walk along a dusty road. Things will take you home to the boat by boat. Parking is also possible at the house of housekeepers in the town of Pakostane and they will bring you and your stuff to the house by a boat. If you arrive by boat, you can use free berth in front of the house. You can also use the vessel boat for free. If you have a license, you can aslo rent a boat (4 m with 5 hp motorcycle) - 20 EUR / day.
The bay Zincana lies between Landjin bay in the south and Soline bay in the north, in both bays are restaurants where you can eat. Bay Zincana is small, but deep. There are also a few houses, the nearest neighbors are about 50 m from the robinson house. The road from the ferry in Tkon to the bay is about 6 km long and is only suitable for cars with high gear. In Tkon is a supermarket, post office, restaurant and pastry shop and you can buy before the stay.
The island of Pasman is easily reached by a ferry Biograd - Tkon (about 15-20 minutes), the ferry sails several times a day. The island of Pasman can also be reached by ferry line Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive way, but the ferry sails also in late hours into the night. The island of Pasman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Zdrelac and ride over the bridge is free.
Holiday cottage Merlot is great option for big family or a bunch of friends, on the very calm place with almost private beach. The house is very well equiped, also for demanding clients.
