The light in the house is connected to solar energy, the fridge with freezer is also electric (the second (gas) fridge has a capacity of 150 liters and the freezer 50 liters and it is possible to pay extra for the price of a gas bottle). The stove is powered by gas. The house has electricity 220/230 V. The apartment has standard electrical socket, the appliances may be used in time from 8 to 19 hours, otherwise use only a small appliances (such as a charger for mobile phone, laptop, CD) and light in the house. (If the lights are flashing, is overloading of the network and should be turned on and off any of the appliances.) The house has drinking water from the water supply network. Hot and cold water is supplied to the bathroom and kitchen. Warm water is also in the outdoor shower (solar heated). Water is heated in an electric boiler 200 l.

The holiday home Gaj has a separate kitchen for barbecuing. The windows are fitted with mosquito net, we recommend that you take along insect repellent for the evening staying out. Arrival and departure is possible any day of the week, but the minimum stay is 4 nights. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. Holiday cottage is equipped with bedlinen, towels, kitchen towels and toilet paper is only on arrival.

Very kind house owner has his own apartment with separate entrance, but stays in it only during their holidays in August and on weekends. Guests meet with the owner of a majority by the arrival and by the departure, and therefore have plenty of privacy during the vacation.
