The first house, sleeping 8
The two bedrooms on the first floor include a double bed complimented by twin bedside cabinets and reading lamps , a large antique wardrobe and chairs. The bedroom has air conditioning and big windows overlooking the garden and nearby forest. A modern and tasteful bathroom with shower, WC,bidet, bathtub and floor heating is also on this floor, all newly renovated. Kitchen with rustic charm is fitted with electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine. In the dining area is a large dining table seating ten overlooking the lovely fireplace. Small TV corner with 2 tabourets and a coffee table. Floor heating and aircondition in the room.
On the second floor there is one double bedroom with aircondition and wardrobe, small room with 2 single beds and closet and a bathroom with shower, WC and floor heating. The large lounge has a big sofa, table, large TV LCD and home cinema. A bookshelf provides a vast range of books, games and also a selection of DVDs and a CD collection for the enjoyment and to create a home from home feel. The property also benefits from wireless internet connection.
The second house, 2 studio apartmens, sleeping 4
The second house comprised of 2 large studio apartments with beautiful countryside views, overlooking the half acre gardens.
The first studio is featuring open bedroom corner with king sized double bed, twin bed side cabinets withreading lamps and a wardrobe. The bedroom benefits from a modern ensuite bathroom with large shower enclosure, bidet and WC. Full compact kitchen with all amenities and dining area with round table and four chairs, lovely lounge area with big LCD TV and large sofa which, if desired, can open out into a sofabed. The apartment is ariconditioned.
The other studio apartment is detached to first entering into the expansive, luminous room, full of character with its exposed beams, with italian sofa, coffee table, and round dining table with four chairs; large fitted wooden kitchen with bar chairs, and lovely feature open fireplace. This floor also includes an ensuite bathroom with shower, bidet and floorheating.
From the sitting room, the stairs lead directly into the spacious open plan bedroom, a charming area with a king bed, enormous LCD TV, antique writing table with chair, antique wardrobe and chest of drawers. The view from the bedroom window is over the vineyards, leading to the meadow and woodland beyond. Leading from the bedroom is the ensuite bathroom which has a separate shower and very luxurious bath, WC ,bidet, floor heating. The apartment is ariconditioned.
