Villa Golubinka for 7 persons is located in the bay Golubinka in the municipality of Zastrazisce on the south side of the island of Hvar, on the coast only 3 m from the sea. The villa was completely restored in 2016. The villa size is 92 m2, has an uncovered terrace of 180 m2 and a covered terrace of 35 m2. The exterior is built in the original stone architecture and completely adapted to the modern lifestyle. On the terrace is a newly built jaczzi that will definitely brighten your stay. From the house there is a beautiful panoramic sea view. Villa Golubinka is made of stone and the interior is decorated with hand-made details of wood and you can find metal elements in combination with wood and stone. The house is surrounded by pine and pine forest. The beach is rocky and gravel with a gradual entry into the sea. To the Villa leads a macadam road 3.5 km long and it is best to reach it by SUV car. In the case of a car with a low chassis, it is possible to arrange transport to the house with the owner (in rental price included).
Electricity is obtained via solar panels for 220 V voltage and has an additional aggregate. Sockets are standard, however, the use of electrical appliances is limited. Water is out of the tank. For drinking, we recommend to bring botteled water or boil water from the tank.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen, living room and bathroom, on the second floor there are two bedrooms with wooden furniture and a bathroom. Ground floor has underfloor heating. The villa has three SAT / TV and Wi-Fi and an indoor fireplace. The whole house is air-conditioned and has electric heating. To the 1st floor lead wooden spiral stairs combined with wooden and metal fence. The covered terrace has wooden garden furniture and a large fireplace with barbecue. Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful bay and the sea view.
Parking is in the yard. Pets are allowed (no extra charge).
A floating berth is available for ships. Boat rental is possible on request (5 HP engine, fuel is not included in the price). You can use a 4x4 car from the owner free of charge (fuel is not included in the price). Guests have at their disposal a kayak and 2 surfboards.
In the village of Zastražišće about 3.5 km away there is a shop, a restaurant, a cafe bar, a market, a bakery and a post office. The nearest big town of Jelsa is 23 km from the house. In the city there are restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bank, doctor, post office, museum. There is also the nearest gas station.
You can reach the island of Hvar by ferry Split-Stari Grad (driving takes about 120 min.) Or from the town of Drvenik to the town of Sućuraj (it takes about 35 min.). In case you want to return to civilization, you can visit cities such as Hvar, Stari Grad and Jelsa. On the island of Hvar there are cycling trails for lovers of this sport, from spring months to late fall.
