Robinson house Ruza for 2-3 persons is located on the southwest side of the island of Pasman in the bay called Lokvica and the house is surrounded by dense vegetation called "Makija", which are different kinds of mediterranean shrubs and trees, which has been grow there for decades. Lokvica bay is a small place with only 6 houses and only two of them are received guests, which is a big advantage, because there are not so many people. Lokvica bay is accessible by car (but we recommend a car with a higher undercarriage), the road is mostly dirt road with potholes, so it is necessary to go slowly and carefully. The nearest city is Nevidane (about 5 km), where you will find a shop and a cafe. If you need a supermarket, bakery and patisserie, we recommend port city of Tkon (about 9 km) or town of Kukljica about 16 km north.
On the island of Pasman you have to go by a ferry (ferry line Biograd - Tkon, the sail takes about 15 minutes, the ferry runs several times a day). It is also possible to get there by ferry from Zadar (Gazenica) to the town of Preko on the island of Ugljan and continue over the bridge Ždrelac on the island of Pasman (ferry ride takes about 30 minutes, the price is higher than the line Biograd - Tkon, but the advantage is that this line is more frequent and runs almost until midnight).

Guests can use the grill on the garden, but you must be careful to prevent a fire (especially when the wind is blowing and the vegetation is dry).
The water in the house is a rainwater which is collected over the winter in the tank under the house, so you should not waste water unnecessarily. The water is suitable for drinking, but if in doubt, we recommend to bring water in bottles or boil the water. The sink is in the kitchen. The water to the bathroom and the sink is in the pipes, where it is fed from the tank by a pump. In case of bad weather, the water can be heated on the stove. Electricity is produced by solar panels and converted to a voltage of 220 V, with standard European powersocket (on the picture). Appliances such as mobile phone, computer can be used without restriction until sunset, but you can not use appliances, such as a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, mixer, etc.
The bay Lokvica is covered by a mobile signal. There is a gas cooker. There is a small refrigerator and also a small stone box, which also keeps cold and where you can store food. Secluded house Ruza is equipped with a wood's stove, so it is possible to stay there in the spring or autumn and winter.
Pets are not allowed. Beach is pebble and rocky. No berth available. Directly in the bay is a gradual entry to the sea. There are available two sun chairs on the beach for free. The sea is crystal clear.
The advantage of staying in the bay of Lokvica is a quiet place with a few houses, so you can find there a peace. From the terrace of the house Ruza is a breathtaking view of the sea and the sunset. Holiday house Ruza is a simple house built many years ago and this house is suitable for undemanding guests and this is the reason of a lower price.

Robinsonhouse Ruza for 2-3 people is a small house, which has a separate bedroom with a double bed, accessible from the living room. There are the shelves and hooks for clothes. The living room is access from the terrace, there is also a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and stove (both gas). The living room has a sofa bed for 1 person and a dining table. Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet is a separate room. You can use an outdoor shower if you fill the black bag with water from tank, the sun will heat the water. The outdoor terrace is covered with wild vines, which at the time of vegetation provides a shade. On the terrace is a table and chairs and a wonderful view of the sea.
