Seafront fisherman's cottage Zuti is located in the bay of Lupeska vala on the island of Kornat, which is also the largest island of the Kornati archipelago. The bay can only be reached by sea, and boat transport is provided by the owner from the place Betina on the island of Murter at a surcharge according to the price list. Parking for your car is provided by the owner at no extra charge. The hidden bay of Lupeska is located on the northwestern side of the island of Kornat, and there are only a few houses in it that the owners use occasionally or rent to tourists in the summer.

Fisherman's cottage Zuti is located right next to the sea and is suitable for up to 4 people. Electricity is obtained through solar panels (12V), the house has sockets for charging mobile devices or computers. The use of strong household appliances (toaster, mixer, kettle, etc.) is not allowed. Water is rainwater that is collected throughout the year in a tank, so it should be used sparingly and usefully. It is recommended to bring bottled water to drink. The stove and refrigerator in the kitchen are gas-powered.

The bay is covered by mobile signal.

Pets are allowed for an extra charge according to the price list.

For guests who want to explore the surroundings and visit the nearby bays, there is the possibility of renting a boat (length approx. 4 m, engine 4 HP) for an extra charge according to the price list with prior notice. The owner provides fuel and guests pay for fuel according to consumption. The mooring for the boat is in front of the house.

Given that the house is located right next to the sea, the house plot has about 45m2 and in front of the house there is a wood/coal grill and a table with chairs.

In the vicinity of the island of Kornat is the Telascica Nature Park, which is a must-see for all visitors to the National Park of Kornati. Within the park, you can visit the natural phenomenon - salt lake Mir, climb the rocks and enjoy the view of the open sea. Within the park, you can also visit the newly opened Interpretation and Education Center Grpascak, which combines the functions of reception and refreshment of visitors, viewpoint, information and sale of souvenirs, interpretation and presentation of the magnificent natural and cultural values of Telašćica.

Cottage Zuti is certainly an ideal place for a secluded stay in nature on one of the 89 islands and islets that make up the Kornati National Park, one of the oldest and most famous parks in Croatia. The crystal blue sea will delight you.
