Secluded house Tartana for 4-6 persons is located in the bay Vitane on the island of Pasman. This bay is very popular to clients who come in summer to relax and swim, especially for its small sandy beach with gradual entry into the sea - ideal for families with small children. The bay Vitane is also great for clients who want ro come in spring and autumn due to fishing - all the cottages can be reached by car.
The sea is only about 20 m from the house on its own path - beach in front of the house is mostly rocky. Tartana has a pier where you can mooring your own boat or small motor boat (you can hire a boat for a fee, fuel is paid separately - booking is required in advance). Next to the pier you can comfortably take a bath on the pebble beach. The beach directly in front of the house is pebble and concreted. There are available loungers for guests on the beach.
From the patio is a beautiful view of the sea. Pets are not allowed. In the garden is an outdoor grill - free for guests. The house has an internet access - there is 1 GB per day (for a fee is possibility to have more), air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, you can also use satellite television.
Parking at the house is provided.
The town of Tkon on the island, where are restaurants, supermarkets, patisserie, bakery, post office and port for the ferry, is about 4 km away.
The tower, which is located on the ridge of the Pasman's mountains, is a great point to hike and offers a beautiful view of the Kornati archipelago and other adjacent islands and on the mainland you can see mountains Velebit.
Connection with the island of Pasman is provided by ferry line Biograd - Tkon (the ride takes 15-20 min. and the ferry rides several times a day). The island of Pasman can also be reached by ferry line Zadar - Preko (the ride takes 30 min., so it is longer and more expensive) and then from Preko (Island Ugljan) across the bridge to the island of Pasman - the bridge is for free. The road to the house Tartana is not suitable for cars with low chassis, partly it is an unpaved road with dirt pits.
In the house is available only rainwater - collected in the tank during the winter so do not waste water unnecessarily. For drinking water is better overcooking or bring water in bottles with you. Water inside and outside the house is heated by sun (if the sun does not shine, then is necessary to heat water on the stove). In the house is available also gas boiler, so the stay is possible in winter too. Electricity is produced by solar panels and in the house is voltage of 220 V. The powersockets are standard and can be used for lighting, chargigng mobile phones or computers. Stronger appliances can not be used (hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, blender, etc.).
Holiday house Tartana stay away from other houses and the access road, on a big land surrounded by Mediterranean woods so it is suitable for guests who are looking for a more isolated place and a quiet environment. The house is well equipped - it offers television and internet and safe berth for larger boats.
