Remote seafront house Lekic for 4-5 people on the island of Zizanj is located by the beach in the immediate vicinity of the island of Pasman. The house in style ala Robinson Crusoe is located in solitude in the middle of nature, it is separated from other houses located on the coast of the island of Zizanj. A big advantage of house Lekic is also the harbor, two pears offer safe mooring for your boat (max. length 7 m), longer boats can be moored outside the harbor at the mooring. The Lekic holiday home can be reached by ferry from Biograd na moru to Tkon (Pasman island), the journey takes about 15-20 minutes. From Tkon, you will drive to the east side of the island Pasman to Druce bay, where you will leave your car parked. From this place there is a free boat transfer to the house (boat transport takes about 15 minutes and is free of charge on departure and arrival). Pets are welcome, stay on request and for an extra charge. A barbecue is available for guests in the yard. The possibility of renting a motorboat (on request, provided that the guest has a valid open water permit), guests pay for the fuel themselves. Electricity is provided by solar panels - 12 V for lighting and 220 V for charging batteries. Charging of mobile phones and computers is possible without restrictions (appliances such as blenders, hair dryers, vacuum cleaners cannot be used). You can charge the mobile phone with an ordinary home charger, the sockets are standard European. The island of Žižanj is covered by the signal of mobile operators. If you want to have WiFi internet in the house, ensure it by purchasing a prepaid SIM card, e.g. at a gas station before arriving on the island. Insert the SIM card into one of your own mobile devices, which will act as a hotspot for you. The water tank has 18,000 l. There is running cold and hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. The toilet uses sea water for flushing. It is necessary to use water and electricity sparingly. Fresh water remains in the tank, so we recommend boiling it or buying bottled water for drinking.
There is a stony beach in front of the Lekic holiday home, stainless steel steps are available on the concrete pier for easy access to the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge. An outdoor shower is installed next to the house. The island of Zizanj has no ferry connection with the mainland or other islands and is not accessible by car. The islet of Zizanj is located about 0.5 km south of the westernmost part of the island of Pasman and about 0.5 km north of the islet of Gangarol. There are no settlements with shops and no real roads on this island, only holiday homes. Only private boats can reach the island. There is only one fishing restaurant on the island of Žižnje. Food delivery can be provided free of charge once per week of stay (in the middle), according to the order sent to us or the owner. You pay the price of the ordered goods in cash according to the receipt from the store. It is possible to order local products from the owner or to arrange the purchase of fresh fish. Transfer and arrival to the island of Zizanj can be dangerous at night and even impossible after the departure of the last ferry to the island, so plan your trip well. Holiday house for 4-5 people has two double bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the kitchen that is used as an extra bed for the 5th person. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, a large fridge with an electric freezer, a gas stove, a television with local programs, a dining table with chairs. Bed linen is provided for you (new bed linen is available once a week). Bathroom with shower and toilet. In front of the house is a very spacious covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a sunbathing area with deckchairs in the yard.
