Luxury villa Matinko with swimming pool is located on the island of Šolta in rural village Gornje Selo, right at the base of the highest mountain Šolta - Vela Straža (237 m). The sea and the beach is about 2.500 m away. The nearest shop is 200 m and restaurant 300 m. The nearest other village is 3 km away.
The owner lives in this house. Parking, the grill and WIFI are free of charge. Pets are welcome, but you must pay a fee for them. The size of the apartment is 55m2 and there is a modernly equipped kitchen, which in combination with balcony and a swimming pool creates a feeling for the perfect holiday. In the garden is a swimming pool, parasols and deck chairs, all of them you can ever use.
Šolta is an island of outstanding natural beauty, crystal clear sea, untouched nature and cultural heritage. Around the village Gornje selo are pine trees, olive trees, almond trees, fig trees and wines. Surroundings Gornje selo is ideal for walking or cycling. Gornje Selo is close to some of the creeks in the most eastern part of the island of Šolta like Livka, Travna, Stračinska, Koška, Grabova a Senjska. In the village Gornje selo we recommend visit a farm Kaštelanac, where is produced excellent red wine Dobričić and olive oil. This wine is only on the island of Šolta.
To the island is regular ferry from Split to the port Rogač.
