The Captain's secluded house Kastelica for 6 persons is located on the south side of the island of Pasman in the beautiful bay of Soline. The house is located about 100 meters from the pebble and stone beach, where guests can use the dock for smaller ships and a sunbathing area equipped with deck chairs. At Kastelica house there is an uneven macadam road across the hill to Sv. Ante bay, we recommend the car owners with a higher floor and a very careful ride. To the island of Pasman you can use the ferry Biograd na moru - Tkon (to the island of Pasman) or Zadar - Preko (to the island of Ugljan), ferry line from Biograd is shorter and cheaper.
Parking is provided on a reserved area next to the house for 1-2 cars. The closest neighbors are about 20 m from the house. The entire bay of Soline is very large, in the part where the house is sitated are about 5 cottages and one smaller restaurant. There are two restaurants serving fresh fish specialties away from home about 2 km along the way.
The secluded Kastelica House is a new, tastefully decorated holiday home, suitable for demanding clients. In the yard there is an outdoor grill, and the covered terrace in front of the house serves as a seating area.
Behind the house in the garden is a concrete area where you can enjoy beach loungers, sunbathe and relax in privacy. There is also an outdoor shower in the garden.
Boat berth is secured on the bollard. If you own a captain's license, you can rent a boat from a local agency, and customers themselves pay fuel.
Pets are not allowed at the cottage. There are many possibilities for walks in the vicinity, either in the bay of Soline or in the neighboring bay of Sv. Ante.
Water in the Kastelica cottage is a rainfall, so we recommend that you bring water in bottles or boil the drinking water. The water is heated by solar panels, and in the case of colder weather it is necessary to heat the water on the stove. It is necessary to pre-order food or to drive to Tkon to the store. A ship with food does not enter the bay. The elektricity is obtained from 12V solar panels and converted to 220V via adapters (the use of the device is limited to mobile phones or laptop computers, use of mixers, hair dryers, etc.).
The secluded house Kaštelica is located in the olive grove which offers its guests a place in nature and greenery, and the crystal clear sea will delight you. The protected bay is great for pedaling a ride.

The air-conditioned secluded house Kastelica for 6 persons offers three-bedroom accommodation with double beds, two bedrooms located on the ground floor of the house where there is also a kitchen, gas stove, large refrigerator with large freezer (electric), dishwasher, oven, large dining table with chairs. There is also one bathroom with a toilet and shower on the ground floor, the second bathroom with a shower is located on the 1st floor. The living room enters the covered patio, where there is a bench with benches, as another outdoor seating option. In the living room there are kilns that can be used for heating before and after the summer when the days are colder (wood is free). On the first floor, which comes with internal steep stairs (we do not recommend staying with small children), there is a gallery with a sofa and a TV (Croatian programs). From the gallery you enter the third double bedroom from which you come out to a terrace with a beautiful sea view.
