The remote house Marica is situated on an isolated place with beach, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves on a private property of 22 hectares. The holiday house is reachable by macadam road suitable for all types of cars, leading you to a yard that guarantees complete privacy to guests staying in it. Beautiful large terraces surrounded by fragrant Mediterranean plants offer a unique view of the sea. The house has electricity and water connection and air conditioning and WiFi in all rooms. Pets are welcome - stay at an additional cost. A fully equipped summer kitchen and a large terrace with table and deck chairs will make your outdoor stay beautiful with an amazing sea view. Beside the beach there is a berth for boats up to 10 m. Not far from the house you will find the public pebble beaches: Klek, Komarna, Duboka, Duba, Rab, where you will find additional waves at extra charge, such as parasols, deck chairs, pedal boats .... Sandy beach Ušće Neretve is a long sandy beach suitable for children and youth since it offers more hobbies such as volleyball and sandball, kitesurfing etc. In the nearby village of Klek, about 8 km away you will find the church, post office, ambulance, exchange office, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzeria, market, pastry shop and souvenir shop. The nearest emergency clinic as well as larger supermarkets, and a larger market and fish market are located in Metković, about 1 hour drive by car. Secluded Seafront Magical House Marica for 4-6 persons - has two bedrooms with two separate beds for 1 person, a living room with a large bed for two adults and a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, fridge, freezer, oven, TV and WiFi. The bathroom contains of shower, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. The summer kitchen has a large gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water kettle, grill. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned. Upon request, a baby cot is also available.
