Secluded house villa Kornati for 4-5 persons is located on the south side of the island of Pasman in the middle of an olive grove near the bay called Tri luka. The newly built house is situated in an elevated position and therefore in front of you opens a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding islands including the Kornati archipelago. The House is located in a remote area, which offers privacy and tranquillity during your holiday. The house is very spacious (72 m²) and the land around covers about 100 m². The beautiful scenery will enchant you and let you have a good rest. The house can be reached by the conventional car with caution. House is situated about 3 km from the village Tkon. Half of the journey is on tarmac road and the other half of the macadam road.
Secluded house villa Kornati is surrounded by olive trees, gardens and there is a grill and swing available.
The closest way to the sea is about 350 meters and it is a cleaned walking trail. The beach is rocky. There are big slabs of concrete, where you can sunbathe. We recommend wearing shoes while entering the sea. This is the bay where sailboats are anchored.
Another way to reach a beach is using a dirt road from the house to the beach called Druce, which is about 1.2 km away, where you can swim.
There is a spacious terrace and barbecue facilities available in front of the Kornati house.
Electric energy is produced by solar panels and is transformed to 220 V. It is used for lighting, television, charging mobile phones and computers. Appliances with high voltage, such as a hair dryer or blender cannot be used. The mobile operator´s signal covers the area fully.
The running water available here is collected rainwater, so we recommend always boiling water before drinking it, respectively to bring bottled water. Water is heated by a gas boiler The house is equipped with a stove, so it is possible to stay at the house even during the winter months.
Pets are not allowed.
The nearest gas station is located in Biograd or in Preko (Island of Ugljan). In the village Tkon, which is located about 5 km, is available ambulance, pharmacy, post office, ATM machine, shop, bakery, restaurants and cafes. There is also a ferry line Biograd – Tkon. Journey takes about 15 min.
The secluded house Kornati is very well equipped and suitable for clients who enjoy a higher standard. The island of Pasman is ideal for those who enjoy mountain biking, trekking tours and want to take a break from the city noise.

Secluded house villa Kornati for 4-5 persons consists of two bedrooms, both with double bed, spacious living room with equipped kitchenette including a fridge freezer, dining table, sofa set for a child under 10 years old and serves as an extra bed and TV, A/C. The stove runs on gas. Bathroom with shower and WC is also a part of the house. Moreover there is a spacious roofed terrace with outdoor furniture.
