Stone house Kapetan Stipe for 4 people is located directly by the sea on the island of Zizanj with the view of the Island of Pasman. The island of Zizanj is located near the Kornati National Park, south of Pasman Island. There are many other islands in the vicinity - Kosara, Vrgada, Kotula, Maslinik. The size of the island of Zizanj is approximately 1 km x 1 km and thanks to its rich submarine life holiday on this island are ideal for undersee life lovers.
The island of Zizanj can not be reached by ferry. You have to park your car on the island of Pasman in the place called Pecine, about 60 m from the sea - from this place you will be transfered by boat for free to the house. Pasman is easily reached by ferry line Biograd - Tkon for approximately 15-20 minutes and ferry runs several times a day. On Pasman you can also arrive from Zadar by ferry line Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs late into the night. The island of Pasman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Ždrelac and the bridge is free of charge.
The water in the house is a rainwater - collected during the winter into the tank under the cottage. There is no warm water in the house. For drinking we recommend you to bring bottled water or boil the water from the tank before drinking. Electricity 220 V is obtained by solar panels. Low voltage devices, such as a mobile phone and laptop can be used without restrictions (high voltage devices, such as a mixer and a hairdryer can not be used). Please do not waste unnecessarily electricity and especially water - because it is a small island, it is not possible to import water.
In front of the house there are three covered terraces equipped with outdoor furniture (in one of them is a barbeque, which guests can use for free). The house is equipped with inside fireplace, so the house is suitable during the whole year.
Pets are allowed for a fee.
The beach in front of the house is a concrete pier suitable for sunbathing - sunbeds are for free. Approximately 100 m from the house is a pebble beach with gradual access to the sea. Next to the house is another stone house, but the house is not for rent - so the nearest neighbors are about 30 m from the house. In addition, the cottage is surronded by olive trees and green garden, so it provides peace and quiet place for holiday.
In front of the house there is a wooden pier - a berth for a smaller boat (for free).
Check-in is only possible in the morning or afternoon, the night boat transfer is not possible. Grocery is on the mainland or in a smaller shop in Tkon on Pasman Island, there is no grocery store on the island of Zizanj.
