Secluded house Druce for 4 persons is a completely new stone house, located on the south side of the island of Pasman in a place called Druce, looking at the archipelago Kornati and the island Žižanj. The great advantage of a secluded house Druce is a large plot of land where you can comfortably park your car.
The advantage is the possibility of arriving by car directly to the house (the path to the house is macadam, paved in part, also it is better to have a car SUV). The plot is planted with olive and pine trees offering shade.
Before the house there is built the larger pier, where you can swim and are free to anchor your boat (max. length 5 m wide and 2 m). Other parts of the beaches are rock and pebble.
The nearest neighbors are about 20 meters from the house. There are restaurants, supermarkets, confectionery, bakery and ferry port in a small town Tkon, located about 4 km.
Pets are not allowed.There is a outdoor grill available.
The water in the house with rainwater, which is recommended to boil for drinking. There's also a barrel with fresh water for drinking, which is imported (to stay about 100 l). With water as a scarce resource should be need care. Hot water is produced by solar energy (black barrel), in case of cold weather it is necessary to heat the water.
Electrical energy is generated by solar panels and transformed into standard European wall sockets (220/230 V) and serves for the needs of lighting or charging the mobile phone or laptop. The use of other appliances (iron, blender, etc.) is not possible. The area around a holiday cottage Druce is coverage by signals of mobile operators.
The island of Pasman is reached by ferry from Biograd, the ride takes about 15 min. a ferry ride of the season at least 10 times a day.

Secluded house Druce for 4 persons has a separate kitchen, located in a separate building. Original so called black kitchen is renovated and feature a fireplace, where the grill. There is also a gas stove and refrigerator (50 l) with small freezer (10 l) including dishes.
In front of the house Druce is a spacious covered terrace with a nice see view and equipped with outdoor furniture. The terrace leads into the house where the two mutually interconnecting bedrooms (one with extra balcony) are. Bathroom with WC is accessible from the terrace and has a private entrance. Next to the house is an outdoor shower with a black tank in which water is heated.
