Secluded house Dalmata for 4-5 persons is located on the southern coast of the island of Pasman in a place called Druce, where you can sail by boat from the northern coast of the island, or drive on the road with potholes. Parking is about 100 m from the house and then you have to continue on foot to the house. Before the house is a pier where you can mooring your boa (the palce is about 2 m deep and 4 m long). Along the pier you can comfortably sim and bathe. The sea in the bay is crystal clear and there is stone and pebble beach.
The closest neighbours are approximately 50 meters from the house, but there is an olive grove so they are not visible.
Tkon town on the island of Pasman, where are restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, post office and port for the ferry, is about 5 km away. You can get there by ferry Biograd - Tkon which takes about 15 minutes.
Water in the house is rainwater. We recommend our guests water bring to boil before they will drink it or bring water in bottles. Use the water with care. Next to the house there is an outdoor shower with a black bag where the water is and it is heated by the sun. In the house is hot water.
The house has electrical energy from solar panels. The voltage in power-sockets is 220 V and there are standard European power-sockets. Appliances (with small voltage), such as mobile phone and PC can be used normally, buts appliances with higher voltage, such as mixer, hair dryer, etc., can not be used).
Pets are welcome to stay for an extra fee.
Fishing house Dalmata is a new building with a covered terrace, the house is tastefully dedcorated. From the terrace is beautiful view.
There is also an outdoor fireplace.
The area is covered of mobile phone operators. In the house is internet connection and aircondition.
We recommend stay even to demanding guests.

Secluded house Dalmata for 4-5 persons has two bedrooms. In on is a double bed, in the sekond one is a bunk bed and a single bed. In the kitchen is a decomposable sofa for 1 person and a table with benches. The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge with freezer, electric and gas cooker, TV / SAT, internet. One bathroom with shower and toilet, outdoor shower, covered terrace with outdoor furniture and sea view.
