Secluded House Absoluta for 4-5 persons is located on the island Komornik in the Pašman channel in northern Dalmatia. Island Komornik is surrounded by other islands, on the east island Babac, southeast island Pasman and west islands Galesnjak, Ricul, Mala Bisaga, Vela Bisaga and on the mainland is the nearest city Turanj on the north.
Wooden cottage Absoluta was built in 2011 and is located just 10 m from the beach and is completely surrounded by trees in a quiet location on a large plot of 2000 m².
Cottage Absoluta is absolutely secluded in the olive grove, a few meters from the sea and the beach. Beach with small pebbles is suitable for children. Entry into the water is slow at the beginning and a little further away from the coast is steep and ideal for those who want to snorkel.
The owner of cottage provides transfer to the island Komornik from island Pašman by boat for free. Transfer is directly from village Pasman, where you can leave your car parked in front of the house of the owner. Ferry to island Pasman goes from Biograd to Tkon. Or you can use the ferry line Zadar - Preko.
Due to the fact that you will stay on the island all alone, you need to buy food and drinks in advance. Owner of cottages can make dellivery on request.
Pets are allowed on prior request at an additional charge.
The water in the house is rainwater that is collected in the tank. It is necessary to treat its sparingly. Water from the tank is suitable for washing dishes or showering. It is necessary to bring bottled drinking water. The water temperature in the tubes depends on the weather, in case of bad weather it is necessary to heat the water. The island komornik is covered by mobile signal.
Electricity is generated by solar panels - 12 V. You can not use appliances such as a computer, etc. If you need to recharge a mobile phone, it is necessary to bring along a voltage converter to 220 V with the cigarette adapter (same as you use for charging in the car).
For guests there is a grill available. During the summer it is necessary to act cautiously to avoid fire.
In front of the holiday house Absoluta is a large covered terrace (approx. 8 m²) with garden furniture that provides a wonderful sea view.
For owners of boat license can be arrange rent of boat (length 4.3 m, motor - 4 horses). At the bank is also built pier that serves as a mooring.

From the terrace is the entering in common room where it is located the kitchenette. From the same place are doors into bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, gas stove has 2 discs. Large refrigerator (about 87 l) with freezer compartment (approx. 12 l) also on gas. There is crockery and cutlery.
The wooden cottage has 2 bedrooms - one bedroom with double bed, second bedroom for 3 people has a double bed and also has the steps accessible location as bunk bed. Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. (There is also an outdoor shower).
