The fisherman house Skalica for 4 persons was built in an olive grove Skalica far away from neighbors. Stone house on the south side of the island of Pasman is located near the village Banj and just a few steps from the sea. The view from the home to hundreds of islands including the National Park Kornati. There is really clean sea and beach is pebble and rocky.Next to house is covered terracce with outdoor seating and barbecue.
The water tank has a capacity of 12,000 liters. Water from the tank is safe to drink, prior to use for drinking needs to be boiled. Electric power is produced by solar panels and in the house is voltage of 220 V. The powersockets are standard and can be used for lighting, chargigng mobile phone or computer. Stronger appliances can not be used (hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, blender, etc.). Running cold water is installed in the kitchen, the bathroom, and so also in the outside shower.
Pets are welcome, upon request and at extra cost. Mooring with no additional cost. Parking lot with no additional cost is about 100 m from the house, access by a car direktly to the house with a note that vehicles are not too low (min. Height 15 cm).
Connection with the island of Pasman is provided by ferry line Biograd - Tkon (the ride takes 15-20 min. and the ferry rides several times a day). The island of Pasman can also be reached by ferry line Zadar - Preko (the ride takes 30 min.) and then from Preka (Island Ugljan) across the bridge to the island of Pasman.
The first house in this bay is about 100 m, center of town Banj is about 4000 m, the same distance are shop and restaurant. Post office is in town Pasman about 7000 m from house. Pharmacy is on the island Ugljan - in town Preko about 17km and Ambulance Nevidjane is about 8000 m in Nevidjane and the first aid is 14 km.

The pirate house Skalica for 4 people has one bedroom with two double beds and one large bed for 2 people on the first floor, at the gallery. If you to sleep separately, you can use the sofa in the living room, which can be used as an extra bed for two people.The kitchen is equipped with dishes and cutlery, gas stove with four burners no oven, refrigerator with freezer and TV set.
Inside of the house there is a small storage room and bathroom with shower.
Outside the house there is a terrace, barbecue, gas with two burners, a sink for washing dishes, outdoor shower and a toilet.
