Secluded cottage Zirje for 4-5 people is located in the bay of Zirje on the island of Brac, near the town of Sumartin. Access to the bay is possible only by boat. Distance from the beach is about 80 m.The way to the island of Brac is possible by ferry from Split to Supetar and then you have to continue on the southeast part of the island to the town of Sumartin (ferry lines Split - Supetar, the sail takes about 50 minutes, the ferry runs several times a day). You can also get on the island directly into the city Sumartin by ferry from Makarska (the sail takes about 60 minutes, the price is the same as on the line Split - Supetar, ferry sails no often as the ferry from Split). Both lines are provided with the company Jadrolinija. In Sumartin is a reserved parking space for your car and then you have to continue by boat to the bay, the ride takes about 25 minutes and boat transfers on arrival and departure are included in the price. Bay Zirje can be reached also on foot, some trails lead there, but for a walking we recommend you an appropriate footwear.
Robinson house Zirje is located on a land of 1200 square meters and it is surrounded by fig trees and olive trees, which providing a privacy for guests. House and terrace have overlooking to the sea. The water in the house is a rain water (warm water is extracted from black barrels - solar barrel has 150 liters, but in case of a bad weather, the water must be heated on the stove). The electrical energy is obtained from solar panels (the consuption of electricity can not be high). In the yard is avaible grill. In the house is an indoor fireplace so the house is suitable for a holiday in winter (wood for heating in winter is included in the price). In the bay Zirje are only two houses, which are about 100 m far to each other (only one house of them is in rent).
The house Zirje is located in a beautiful bay where is the small pebble beach with a gradual entry into the sea, ideal for small children and non-swimmers. For guests there are four beach chairs. Guests can use the berth for the boat - it is for free (suitable for ships with maximal depth of 6-7 m).
Guests who have a license to drive a smaller boat, they can rent a boat for 4-5 people, 5 m, 5 HP motor.
Pets are not allowed. Bay Zirje is covered by a mobile phone - we recommend you an operator T-Com.
The owner offers one free dinner for guests in the case of staying here more than 7 nights. Guests can buy local fresh vegetables and other domestic needs from the owner.
