Secluded cottage PAN for 8-10 persons is located in the bay Prisinjak on the island of Hvar, near the town of Zastrazisce. Access to the house is possible by car on a dirt road which is secured by a lockable gate (you will have the key in time of your stay). This path is rocky and the last kilometer is only for terrain vehicle with a high chass and 4x4 drive. After agreement with the housekeeper you can leave the car on the parking about 1 km from the property and the owner will transport you and your things to the house. You can leave your car parked in Zatrazisce also, the owner will provid you with the transfer (transfer is paid, see the pricelist) and you can borrow terrain vehicle for fee.
The way to the island of Hvar is possible by ferry from Split to the town of Stari Grad. The second option is ferry from the town of Drvenik to town of Sucuraj (ferry line Split - Stari Grad, the ride takes about 120 minutes and the ferry sails several times a day, the ferry line Drvenik - Sucuraj, the ride takes about 40 minutes, the ferry sails several times a day). Line Drvenik - Sućuraj is cheaper and faster, but it serves a smaller ferry and you need to book it in advance. Both lines are provided with the company Jadrolinija. The distance from the ferry port in Stari Grad to Zastrazisce, where is a dirt road to the cottage, is about 27 km, from Sucuraj is a distance about 33 km.
Robinson house PAN is located on a secluded place and nearby nobody rent buildings (houses on the photo are the former farm buildings). The terrace of the holiday cottage Pan offers a very beautiful view of the sea. Water in the house is rainwater which is collected over the winter into the tank under the house. We reccommend you to bring a bottled water for drinking. Hot water is gainded by solar energy in black barrels - solar barrel has capacity 150 liters, electrical energy is powered from solar panels and it is converted to 220 V and power-sockets are standard European. (It is necessary to pay attention to power consumption - the device like vaccum cleaner, hair dryer, mixer, etc can not be used, computers and mobile phones can be recharged without restrictions). The bay Prisinjak is covered by mobile operators - we recommend operator T-Com. In the backyard is available barbecue.
Pets are allowed for a fee.
Secluded house Pan is located in a beautiful bay where are small pebbles beaches with gradual entry into the sea or rocky beaches. For guests are available parasol, deckchairs, rowing boat (without motor) - everithing included in the price od accommodation. Guests can enjoy free mooring for a boat (suitable for boats with a maximum length of 6-7 m).
The owner can ensure the importation of fresh foods for guests once a week by appointment. Guests can buy from the owner domestic rakija, oil, wine and other homemade products.
Secluded cottage PAN is suitable for larger family or group of friends looking for a piece and very tastefully furnished house. Beautiful beach is suitable for small children. We recommend you make a reservation to this object hurry.

Secluded cottage PAN is for 8-10 people - covers an area of 110 m2 on two floors. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with TV and dining area and fully equipped kitchenette (electricity stove, refrigerator and freezer). The living room has a sofa bed which can be used as bed for 2 people. On the first floor are four double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The house has a spacious terrace (approximatelly 28 m2) with stunning sea view. Towels and sheets are available for guests.
