Seafront house Belleza for 4 persons is located on the southern side of the island of Pasman, in the immediate vicinity of Vitane bay. The bay and the house can be reached by car. It is about 4 km from Tkon to the house, and the road is concrete except for the last 200 meters. Parking for guests is provided in the yard next to the house.
The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a kitchen with a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, so you can stay in the house outside the summer season, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a large garden with a terrace where there is a jacuzzi. sunbeds, a table with seating and a large wood or coal grill.
The water in the house is rainwater that is kept in a tank, so it should be used sparingly. It is intended exclusively for washing and cooking, and we recommend bottled water for drinking. Running cold and hot water is connected in the kitchen and bathroom. Electricity is obtained through solar panels, and is used exclusively for lighting, charging mobile phones and laptops. The main advantage of this house is that it has air conditioning, WiFi and SAT/TV. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a gas stove with 4 burners, a refrigerator with a freezer, and the necessary dishes.
A mooring for a boat is provided for guests in front of the house. For owners of a license to operate a boat, there is the possibility of renting a boat upon prior request and with an additional charge.
Pets are allowed with prior notice and surcharge according to the price list.
The island of Pasman is only 1.5 km from the mainland and the town of Biograd on the sea. The island is easy to reach by ferry line Biograd - Tkon, the ride takes 15-20 minutes, and the ferry runs several times a day. You can also get to Pašman from Zadar by ferry Zadar (Gaženica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs until late at night. The island of Pašman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in the town of Ždrelac, the bridge toll is not charged.
The nearest cafes, pastry shops, restaurants, grocery store or ATM are in Tkon, about 4 km away.
