Robinson house PAT and MAT are two houses for 8-10 people (each house for 4-5 people), which are located on the south side of the island of Pasman in the bay Bozanska directly by the sea opposite the island Orlic.
The best way to get to the PAT and MAT robinson houses is by ferry line Biograd na moru - Tkon or you can also use the ferry connection Zadar (Gaženica) - Preko - on the island of Ugljan. The ferry from Biograd to Tkon takes about 15-20 minutes, it is cheaper, but the ferry does not run late at night. While the connection from Zadar to Ugljan takes about 25-30 minutes, it is more expensive, and the ferry also has a night ride. You can get to the bay of Bozanska from Tkon partly on asphalt (approx. 1 km) and further on a macadam road (approx. 3 km) directly from the bay - therefore we recommend a car with a higher chassis and careful driving. If guests decide to drive to the island of Pasman to transfer things to the boat, use the pier in the bay Vitane. The car can then be left parked for about 15-20 minutes. walking distance from the house. The car can also be left parked in Biograd na Moru by the owner of the houses, and can be transferred to the house by boat.
In front of the house there is a large pier, which guests use as a safe berth for their boat, but also for sunbathing. The mooring is available to guests free of charge. Pebble beach in front of the house has a gradual entry into the sea is suitable for smaller children, there are great opportunities for snorkeling. There is a barbecue in the yard. The nearest neighbors are located about 7 m south of the cottage Mat and 100 m north of the house Pat in the bay Bozanska. The nearest shop is located in the town of Tkon, where there is also a pharmacy, post office, market, butcher, pastry shop, bakery. Pets are not allowed.
Electricity is provided by solar energy (220 V) - solar panels, so it is possible to use only a limited number of appliances - (can not use eg hair dryer, mixer, lux, etc.), lighting or recharging mobile phones and computers possible during the day without restrictions . The refrigerator runs on gas. The stove also runs on gas.
The water tank is filled with rainwater and therefore water must be saved, we recommend bringing bottled drinking water or boiling water for drinking. Hot, cold and hot water is available in the kitchen and bathroom. Hot water is obtained with the help of the sun, in case of colder weather it is necessary to heat the water on the stove.
In the bay Landjin or on the island Zizanj it is possible to visit a small fishing restaurant.
On the island of Pasman there are cycling (we recommend only mountain bikes) and hiking trails along which you will see the growth of various Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic herbs - ideal for all nature lovers. Bozanska Bay is ideal if you want to learn to ride a paddleboard.

House PAT for 4-5 people is a ground floor house (approx. 60 m2) with a large covered terrace, which is located closer to the sea. The terrace offers beautiful sea views and there is an outdoor furniture table with chairs. Through the terrace you enter the house into the living room with kitchen and dining area, fireplace. The stove and refrigerator work on gas, the dishwasher is located in the kitchenette. From the living room you go up a few steps to the trunk, from which you enter the individual bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. There are 2 double bedrooms, with the possibility of an extra bed in one of the bedrooms for the 5th person.
House MAT for 4-5 people is a one-storey house (approx. 70 m2), which has 2 terraces. On the ground floor there is a covered terrace with outdoor seating, which also offers a sea view, there is a dishwasher. The house is entered through the terrace into the living room with kitchen and dining area, fireplace, bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room, wooden stairs lead to the 1st floor, there are two bedrooms - one smaller bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, the other two more spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a bed and wardrobes. From both bedrooms it is possible to go to a spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view.
Bed linen is included in the rental price (but cleaning is not included - guests must clean the house themselves) !!
