Secluded house Dupin for 2 people is located directly by the sea on the eastern side of Pasman Island, in the place called Pecine - it is said that place Pecine is the hottest part of the island where the sun really "bakes". The house is newly and modernly equipped and is also suitable for the stay of more demanding clients.
The beach in front of the house is pebble (or rocky) with a gradual entry to the sea. Sunbathing lovers will appreciate the concrete pier or terrace for sunbathing in the garden - sun loungers for free.
From the covered terrace are beautiful sunsets to the sea and the cottage is near the place where the fish are fed - so there is a big chance to see jump and swim dolphins. Moreover, the island of Pasman lies very close to the Kornati archipelago, from house is a beatiful sea view with Kornati islands.
Nearest neighbors are about 30 m, but the cottage is surrounded by green garden, which offer true peace and comfort.
In the second covered terrace in the garden is a big stone barbecue (bring your own wood) with possibility of using electric rotating rod for toasting chickens for example.
The water in the house is rain water colected during the winter in the tank. For drinking we recommend you to bring bottled water or boil the water from the tank before drinking. Electricity is obtained by solar panels. Low voltage devices, such as a mobile phone and laptop can be used without restrictions (high voltage devices, such as a mixer and a hairdryer can not be used). Please do not waste unnecessarily electricity and especially water.
Pets are not allowed.
Parking is provided free of charge directly by the house or about 60 m from the house (the last 60 m are with deep potholes). House is acessible by car, the road is an unpaved gravel road with potholes. For this reason, we do not recommend these roads to car owners with a low chassis, but there is no need to have an SUV. These roads are passable by a normal car if you drive slowly and carefully and watch out for the journey.
For boats, there is a free berth in front of the house.
Secluded house Dupin can be rented even in winter. During winter the price included additional heating costs (including wood).
The bay Pecine is covered by the mobile signal. Internet (WiFi) is not available.
Pasman is easily reached by ferry line Biograd - Tkon for approximately 15-20 minutes and ferry runs several times a day. On Pasman you can also arrive from Zadar by ferry line Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs late into the night. The island of Pasman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Ždrelac and the bridge is free of charge.
The nearest café, grocery, restaurant or ATM are in the port town of Tkon, which is approximately 5 km away.

Accommodation units
House Dupin is suitable for 2 persons. The house has a spacious living room with kitchenette and dining table, satellite TV, fireplace and large sofa. One bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The kitchenette has a large fridge, a gas cooker with four hotplates, an oven and a sink. Bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room you can entry covered terrace with outdoor seating and a beautiful sea view. In front of the house is the second smaller terrace (uncovered) with a table and chairs and a view of the sea and surrounding islands. In front of the house next to the sea is another terrace (covered) with barbecue and seating.
