To reach the center of Tkon by a pleasant walk along you need the coast in about 10 minutes. In the center there are supermarkets, shops, pastry shops, butchers, restaurants, bakery, cash dispenser, post office, pharmacy, doctor and market. The nearest medical facility is in the town of Biograd na Moru, which is connected to Tkon by a ferry that runs several times a day.
Tkon is a popular resort that offers tourists not only beautiful sandy bays, but also a number of walking and cycling trails for athletes and a number of renowned restaurants for gourmets.
Parking is provided free of charge at the house on the plot. Guests have a barbecue at their disposal, and the very spacious terrace has comfortable outdoor furniture, including a rocking chair. Free Wi-Fi is available. If guests need to secure a mooring for a boat or scooter, this is possible with the owner (the distance from the MH is about 300 m). Water is provided from the tap, as well as electricity from the mains.

Two bathrooms with shower and toilet, air conditioning and a large covered terrace with garden furniture with a side partial view of the sea. Insect screens are placed on all windows. Bed linen and towels are provided. Final cleaning is included in the price.
