Holiday house Nina for 4-5 persons is placed directly on the sea, in the bay St. Ante on the island of Pasman. The beach is pebble in this area and only 10m from the house.
Outside of the house there is also a built barbecue, outdoors shower and sun loungers.
The fresh water reservoir is of 20.000l and the electricity of 12 V is solar powered, the kitchen is equipped with one standard outlet 220V. Running cold and warm (from a boiler of 100 l capacity) water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. The outdoor shower is connected to this boiler to. The water and electricity should be spent here sparingly. This water is originally tap water, but as it is staying in the tank in hot weather, we recommend it to be boiled before drinking, or that the users of accommodation would purchase bottled water for drinking.
Pets are welcome in this house on request and for a fee.
It is possible to rent this house throughout the year. During the winter, rental includes additional costs for heating materials.
Parking space on a distance of 150m from the hose free of charge. The house is accessible by car, on a distance of about 150 m, to the bay of Sveti Ante, on a gravel road with holes over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. For this reason, these roads are not recommended for low-chassis cars, but that does not mean that you necessarily have to have an SUV or a four-wheeler. These roads are passable for a normal car, with slow and careful driving.
The berth is located in front of the house at the pier and is free of the charge for guests.
The island of Pasman is on only about 1,5 km distance from the mainland and Biograd na moru. The island of Pasman is easily reached by ferry line Biograd - Tkon for approximately 15-20 minutes and ferry runs several times a day. On Pasman you can also arrive from Zadar by ferry line Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs late into the night. The island of Pasman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Ždrelac and the bridge is free of charge.
