Holiday cottage Levantara for 2-3 persons is located above the town of Kali on the island of Ugljan, on a hill with a spectacular view of the Zadar channel, the nearby islands, the city of Zadar and the mountain Velebit in the hinterland. The cottage is surrounded by a pine forest that provides natural shade and other Mediterranean plants. A macadam road leads to the house, which is cemented on the steepest parts. Car parking is next to the house.
The water in the house is rainwater from a tank so it is imperative to use water sparingly. Hot water is only available in the shower bathroom, which is heated by a gas boiler.
Electricity (220V) is obtained using solar panels and is used exclusively for lighting and charging a mobile phone or laptop. The use of home appliances with higher power is not allowed.
The Levantara log cabin has an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a stove, and the living room also has a wood-burning fireplace, so it is possible to stay in the house during the winter. The bedroom is in the shape of an open gallery which is reached by wooden stairs.
In front of the house is a spacious covered terrace with table and chairs from which you can enjoy the beautiful view and unforgettable dawns. Behind the house guests have at their disposal a wood/charcoal grill.
Free WiFi and use of 2 bicycles is available and pets are allowed at no extra charge.
The center of Kali is about 1.5 km away from the house and so are the nearest beaches. The nearest shop is about 800m away. In the center there are other shops, restaurants, cafes, ATM ..
The island of Ugljan is connected to the city of Zadar by ferry line Zadar - Preko (Ugljan), the ride takes about 30 minutes and runs until late in the season, so during your stay you can visit Zadar or go on one of the excursions that mostly depart from Zadar. such as a visit to NP Plitvice, NP Krka, NP Paklenica or a boat trip to NP Kornati.
During your stay in Kali you can get acquainted with the island's way of life and the island of Ugljan besides being ideal for swimming, sunbathing and gastronomic pleasures also offers many opportunities for active holidays: hiking, climbing, cycling .. and you can cycle around the island of Ugljan and the island Pašman which are interconnected by a bridge (toll is not charged).

Wooden cottage Levantara for 2-3 persons - consists of a living room with dining area and equipped kitchen. In the dining area there is a table with dining chairs and in the living area there is a sofa and a wood burning fireplace. The bathroom has a shower with hot water, sink and toilet. From the living area a wooden staircase leads to the gallery which serves as a bedroom with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm. An extra sofa bed can be used for the 3rd person to sleep. In front of the house is a covered terrace with table and chairs. There are insect screens on all openings in the house.
