Secluded House Goleta for 4-5 persons is located on the southeast side of the island of Pasman, north of the bay Vitane and south of the island Orlic. This is a new very tastefully furnished secluded house in our offer.You can arrive to the island Pasman easily by ferry line Biograd na moru - Tkon (the route takes about 15 minutes) or Zadar - Preko (route takes about 30 minutes). From Preko on the island Ugljan you go on the bridge in place Zdrelac on the island of Pasman. The guests pay the ferry oneself.
Parking for guests is possible in the bay Vitane, from there you go with luggages by the boat to the house (boat transfer on arrival and departure is free of fee). Or you can park your car about 200 meters from the house at the bend toward the bay Vitane and you can go down to the house (necessary is appropriate footwear). Arrival into the bay Vitane is on a field not strengthened road, so it is advisable to arrive by vehicle with high road clearance.
The nearest neighbors are found in the south of about 60 m and in the north about 20 m. There are only 5 cottages, 4 cottages are rented. In the bay Soline (it is located about 2,6 km in the north) and in the bay Langine (about 1 km on the north of the house) are two restaurants there are offering fresh fish specialties. Secluded house Goleta is tastefully modern furnished and is a great tip for demanding clients. There is the nice garden with Mediterranean herbs, on the garden is for guests an outdoor grill and camp bads for sunbathing. Before the house Goleta is built long pier that serves as a mooring for a pleasure boat or a dinghy (depth is max. 1,5 m and length up to 10 m). If you are the owners of a skipper's license, you can rent a boat (motor 4 hp), fuel is paid by the clients.
The owner lends his dinghy with oars free, for you don´t need a permit). Deck chairs from the garden can move onto the pier, where there is space for parasol.
Before the house is a stone beach with gradual entry into the water suitable for smaller children and non-swimmers. Clean sea surprises you pleasantly. Pets are welcome in the house for an additional fee.
Water in secluded house Goleta is rainwater, and therefore we recommend to drink bottled water or bring water to boil. Water is heated by solar energy. In the case of colder weather, the water should be heated on the stove. Is necessary make to reserves of food in advance or you can reach Tkon to the store. Supermarket ship goes not into the bay. Electrical energy is obtained from the solar panels 12 V. Via adapter you can get 220 V. For this reason, it is possible to use only lighter appliances – charging the phone or computer (you can not use blender or hoover etc.). Arrival and departure for a stay is possible on Saturday or Sunday and minimum stay is 7 nights.
