Holiday cottage Bracera for 4-6 persons is located on the island of Pasman within the bay Soline in an isolated place and it is one of the most important advantages of the house built in the style of Robinson Crusoe, which will satisfy the most demanding customers. The secluded house is situated on a spacious plot with an area of ​​2200 m². To thes stone cottage Bracera you will come by ferry Biograd - Tkon (you can also use the ferry line Zadar - Preko, but it is expensive) and then continues by car to the bay Soline - part of the road is asphalt (approx. 2 km) and partly white road (4 km) which leads directly to the bay - the road is suitable for cars with higher suspension.
Pets medium sized (up to about 8 kg) are welcome. The barbecue is available to guests in the backyard. About 15 m from the house is a long pier, where guests are free to moor their boat or dinghy. If you are interested, you can rent a boat r of the length of 4,5 meters for a small excursion (engine - 4 HP), you must have a license to drive a boat, guests pay their own fuel themself.
Parking is about 10 m far from the house. Guests can park also their car at the owner place in Pašman, and he will take them to the house and back. The holiday homestay Bracera is located in an isolated place at the end of the bay Soline, and the nearest neighbors are about 120 m south and about 130 m north in Bay St. Anthony.
The closest store is located in Tkon.
Electrical power is provided via solar panels (220 V) - a limited number of devices.
The water tank is filled with rainwater and the guests are obliged to spend cautiously. For drinking we recommend to bring bottled water. Hot water is provided through a solar energy, a 200 l hot water boiler is available to guests. In the yard there are 3 outdoor showers, water is heated by sun in the black barrels (tank capacity is 20 000 l). In the kitchen and bathroom is available running, cold and hot water. There is also a gas refrigerator and a separate freezer, a stove is also on gas with two cookers.
At the bay Soline there is a smaller fish restaurant about 250 meters away from the house and also in a neighboring bay Dubina are two smaller fish restaurant for boaters (walking distance about 20 min.).
Near the holiday house Bracera is the cottage Gajeta - if 2 families or groups of friends travel together, you can use this combination. In the vicinity of the bay Soline is the National Park Kornati, which you should definitely visit during your stay. On the island Pasman there are many cycling and hiking trails along which you will see the growth of various Mediterranean medicinal and aromatic herbs - ideal for all nature lovers. Soline Bay is ideal if you want to learn how to paddleboard. Possibility to stay in the winter months - stay on request.
