The Villa is known as the Dešković Palace built in the period from 1910 to 1950 and renovated in the period from 2007 to 2009. The exterior has been completely restored in its original form while the interior is enhanced by additional amenities that are synonymous with luxurious vacations. Villa Zetna is located in a small picturesque village Ruskamen (Lokva Rogoznica) near the town of Omis. The villa stands out as the most attractive part of the Holiday Village Sagitta resort.
Spacious pebble beaches and pine forests attracted the noble family Dešković to Ruskamen at the beginning of the last century. The family built between 1910 and 1915 a summer vacation palace near which the hotel Ruskamen was launched in the late sixties.
The palace was completely renovated in the period 2007-2009 and converted into a luxury family home residence. Villa Zetna is only thirty meters away from the sea and is truly an ideal place to rest and relax.
The 334-square-meter Zetna's spacious living space is spread over three floors with a total of four bedrooms on a lush 1060 sqm plot and provides true-minded soul and body, a blend of centuries-old beauty and superb amenities.
The interior design is a combination of contemporary and luxurious classic furniture and handmade pieces intertwined with designer furnishings of renowned homes such as Moroso, Vuzeta and Philip Starck and Eugen Quitllet designers.

Villa Zetna has four bedrooms. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with separate bathrooms. Two rooms have their own bathrooms, and the other two rooms share one bathroom, the fourth bathroom is located on the ground floor. On the second floor there is an office, a terrace with deck chairs and two further bedrooms overlooking the island of Brac. You can check the exact schedule in the photo gallery in the ground plan.
