Pasman is an island situated between Zadar and Biograd na Moru. The island was inhabited by the Illyrians in the first millennium, after there were Romans. Later it was became attacking for refugees from Biograd na Moru.
Pasman is connected with the island of Ugljan bridge over the canal Ždrelac. From the mainland is separated by Pasman tunnel and it is a 15 minute ferry ride from Biograd na Moru.
The largest city on the island of Pasman is Pasman and Tkon. Below the town Pasman are village Zdrelac, Banj, Mrljane and Neviđane, Dobropoljana and Kraj.
The western side of the island of Pasman is uninhabited, it can be used for swimming on a lonely places. It is also possible to go to Kornati archipelago by boat.
