Secluded house "Lujo" for 2 people is located on the island of Pasman in the bay of Stivanja, just 30 meters from the sandy beach. The bay Stivanja is located on the western side of Pasman Island, where is a beautiful view of the Kornati National Park, islands Sit, Žut, Iz and Dugi Otok, but also many smaller islands and cliffs in the Kornati archipelago.
Electricity in the house is obtained from solar panels (220 V) so it is suitable for recharging mobile phones, laptops and lighting (appliances such as a hairdryer, mixer, vacuum cleaner, etc. can not be used). Water in the house is drinking water stored in a 3000 liter tank over the summer. Hot and cold water is in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower. Before drinking we recommended you boil the water because of storage in the tank in warm weather (most of the guests are drinking their own bottled water). With water and electricity should be treated economically and should not be unnecessarily wasted.
Holiday home Lujo is accessible by car (parking place is located in front of the house). To the house leads gravel path through the hill from the village of Nevidjane. On the way you need to go slowly and during the daylight (to see well the trenches on the way). For this reason, we do not recommend you to go by car with a low undercarriage, but there is no need of an off-road car. You can go through by a normal car if you drive carefully.
Pets are not allowed.
The bay of Stivanja is covered by the signal of mobile operators.
The island of Pasman is on only about 1,5 km distance from the mainland and Biograd na moru. The island of Pasman is easily reached by ferry line Biograd - Tkon for approximately 15-20 minutes and ferry runs several times a day. On Pasman you can also arrive from Zadar by ferry line Zadar (Gazenica) - Preko (island Ugljan), this line is longer and more expensive, but the ferry runs late into the night. The island of Pasman and Ugljan are connected by a bridge in a place called Ždrelac and the bridge is free of charge.

House Lujo is suitable for 2 people - the house has one bedroom with double bed. In the house is a kitchenette, a dining table and a bathroom. The kitchen includes cutlery, dishes, kitchen towels, gas stove, refrigerator (120 liters) and freezer (80 liters) and a kitchen grill. The house has a covered terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. There is an outdoor shower with a water heater in the garden. Bed linen and towels are available.
