Holiday cottage Mirni Kutak up to 7 persons is situated on the remote place on the west side of the island of Pasman about 20 m from the sea with a view of the Kornati archipelago.
Stone house is tastefully furnished. Close the house there is a covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor seating. Over the house is parking for 2 cars. Around the house Mirni Kutak is a large terraced garden with its beautiful scenery, with benches under the trees, stone paths and lots of vegetation. The nearest house is at a distance of about 50 m. The rain water is fed into the tank, all appliances operate on gas.
The beach is 20 m from the house and is from large flat stones and the natural pool is pebble. On the shore is a small berth. Down by the water is a stone outbuilding, in which the owner occasionally resides.
The transport by the ferry from Biograd na moru to the island of Pasman is at their own expense. From Tkon to te house continues the paved macadam road - the route is suitable for off-road cars. The western side of the island of Pasman is completely uninhabited, so it can be used to quiet and restful holiday. The great advantage is swimming in isolated coves.

Bathroom with toilet and shower has a separate entrance too. Before the apartment there is a spacious covered terrace with beautiful sea view, barbecue and sitting area.
