Holiday cottage Maslina is located on the North Dalmatian island of Pašman within the bay Landjine overlooking the island Žižanj. The house is situated in an olive grove, has two floors, situated on a slope about 40 m from the sea overlooking the sea, tastefully furnished, suitable for 8-9 people. All devices in the home are gas. Water is heated by solar, rainwater is collected in a tank that is connected with the kitchen and bathroom. Electricity comes from solar panels. There's a spacious terrace, and below it was built in outdoor barbecue. A little lower on the shore in the shade of the pine table with benches. Holiday cottage Maslina is located in an area with few houses, and is suitable for those who do not want to be Completely alone. Te house is located on the bay, and the first neighbors are about 10 m away. Transfer from te place Tkon on the island Pašman to the house and back is in price included. You can leave your car parked on the land (on the property of te owner). Tickets for the ferry Biograd - Tkon and back, customers have to buy on their own. If you prefer, you can come to te house by car about 250 yards from the house where there is parking space, but the road from Tkon to the bay Landjin (approx. 6 km) is suitable only for vehicles with raised bottom.

In front of te house (ca. 40 m) is a pier with stairs that leads into the sea (not suitable for small children). Boat mooring is available free of charge. Pebble Beach is located in the middle of the bay (about 200 m from the house). Trough the Landin cove during the season passing ship supermarket, where you can buy basic foodstuffs.

Holiday cottage Maslina for 8-9 persons - ground floor: 2 double bedrooms, kitchen with stove and dining table, living room with sofa and fridge, terrace with sea view, bathroom with shower and toilet. The first floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 single room with balcony overlooking the olive grove, a living room with kitchen, stove, refrigerator and sofa bed, balcony with sea view, bathroom with shower and toilet.
