Holiday cottage Feral for 4 persons is located on the south side of the bay Landjin on the island of Pasman. Due to its location on a hill above the other houses offers privacy and around the house is surrounded by greenery. The remote house FERAL can be reached by car. Parking is located about 5 meters from the house on the owner's private land. The house is reached by a dirt road (approx. 4 km), and it is necessary to be careful and slow, due to potholes on the road. The fish restaurans in surrounding can be reached on foot by steps or after walls with cracks - do not forget to pack your sport shoes.
The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea. Holiday cottage Feral is still under construction, so some walls have only a rough plaster and stay here should guests decide to whom this doesn't matter and vice versa welcome into account in the price (see photos).
Smaller pets are welcome - stay on request and at an additional cost. Stay of pets is allowed on the terrace of the house.
Access to the beach from the house leads down the stairs, the beach is about 70 m, it is a concrete pier and rocky beaches. On the left side there is a beach with rocks about 150 m. Nearest neighbor is smaller fishing restaurant, where boats arrive with guests who want to enjoy fresh fish.
Owners of ships and boats can use a moorings free.
There is a grill.
The water in the holiday cottage Feral is rainwater, which is heated by the sun (in the case of cold weather, it is necessary to heat water on the stove). Drinking water is recommend to bring as bottled water or boil the tap water.
Electrical energy is generated by solar panels and serves the needs of light, or charging the phone or laptop. The use of other appliances (iron, blender, etc.) is not possible. The kitchen has a fridge with a capacity of 100 liters, freezer of 40 liters. This stove is gas. In the bay Landjin is available signal on your mobile phone.
The island of Pasman is most easily reached by ferry from Biograd na moru. The line runs in a season, every two hours and the ride takes only 15 min.

Toilet with sink is located inside the house and the outdoor shower - used solar bag that is hanging out there (in the case of cold weather is needed to heat water on the stove). Spacious covered terrace with dining table and benches with spectacular sea view.
